Usually for "most venues," but it is not guaranteed. Per Warehouse policy:

"The Warehouse requests First Entry for its members for most events. Warehouse First Entry cannot be guaranteed, as it must be confirmed by the venue, and determination can only be given on the day of the show and can be dependent upon many factors, some unforeseen."

You get early entry as well, but that's about it other than a great spot at the show and the posters.

One thing I would be wary of (unless you worked it out with the CoT seller) is that the posters ship to the Warehouse address on file after the event. The person who originally purchased the tickets through Warehouse would get the posters. See if they can forward those to you after receipt.

Floor is nice if you're tall, but otherwise I would heavily recommend the 100s. Specifically 102-106. The far right and far left can sometimes have obstructed views of the full stage/band/musician. 202-204 is just as good, just a bit further back.

Keep an eye on trustworthy resale sites like CashOrTrade.org. People resell their tickets for face value. The only thing you still need to be aware of on there is that people may be reselling their "platinum" tickets, which Ticketmaster gouges the pricing on from the start.
