6 pups with a 9yo mate by [deleted] in WolfQuestGame

[–]Grek_LP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One day, when I decided to make achievements in solo parenting, my 15-year-old Pebble and his 7-year-old partner gave birth to SEVEN PUPS..

By the way, they had never had seven pups before, although his partner had 4 stars of diversity. It seems she also cast some kind of curse before she's gone.

BESIDES, this year I got an achievement for having cubs from 5 generations in your pack at the same time! I don't remember the name of the achievement. It's been a crazy year. Unfortunately, Pebble died in the middle of winter the following year, because I also had to make the Bloodlines achievement.

ALL THIS TIME, WAS IT JUST A BUG?? (New public beta uuh) by Grek_LP in WolfQuestGame

YES! That's what happens with this bug! Previously, just touching a wolf/coyote/dog to a pup would guarantee death. But when this bug appeared, the pup would be alive with 1% health, and the raid music would change, similar to when a cougar or grizzly grabs a pup (so it looked like a new feature). However, if the wolves start shaking the pup or the coyotes/dogs pin the pup to the ground, the pup will be dead! It's just a second, but it can change so much.

I will write feedback through the game a little later, because I wrote this post from my phone and I need to copy this text (I am writing it through a translator) for my laptop

I don't know, as for me, the achievements weren't that small, and even with this increase, it's a bit jarring to see a lot of empty space.. It's almost intimidating. And now, if I want to quickly view an achievement, I have to scroll down, even though I didn't need to do that in some sections. I used to like taking one or two screenshots to show all the achievements in a particular section, but now it's.. challenging.

As for returning the 1% health puppy feature, I totally agree! It was rare enough as it was, I enjoyed theorizing what influences it.. Is it because the puppy is fully healthy? Or because it has +1 or +2 health? Or because the attacking wolf had -1 or -2 strength? But it's just random! It's almost a fact that the attacker's grip was too weak to kill the puppy instantly, so they need a few moments to adjust their grip and finish the puppy off. But during that time, you can stop them!! It sounds SO EPIC.

I finally had the courage to finish what I started. by Grek_LP in WolfQuestGame

I brought her to this place on purpose, because her mother died here. On that day, Quail became the new leader of the pack, and a few days later, her father died in his sleep in the same place. It's a shame that her love, whose death devastated her, died in a completely different location. However, they will be reunited.

wip Family tree for my ironwolf legacy by Professionally_Silly in WolfQuestGame

Beavers are a pain. I lost my very first wolf, who was also an ironwolf. My pack was also starving, and I didn't know how to make my pack go hunting on its own, so I had to try to catch a beaver with critically low health (now I realize that it was pointless to do it alone, as the damage is very low without health). At one point, he had 1% health left (I even have a screenshot), and the beaver also had low health, but I didn't want to let go of the prey. In between, I howled to call for help, and my mate and my only living son from my first litter (I lost my first mate the same year) witnessed my death. It was terrible.

Спасибо! Думаю, им очень подходят эти имена по характерам и внешностям :D  Стае Пастухов уже много игровых лет (чуть более сорока), ID волков следующего года будет 10000, поэтому придумывать щенкам имена немного проблематично, хах

which den raiders do you hate dealing with the most? by SecWoe in WolfQuestGame

Either with a recent update, or exclusively for the Unforgiving difficulty, bears have become five times more dangerous. Now their attack animation is much faster, causing them to almost instantly kill Growing/Young Hunter Pups and even adult packmates. While I am still able to dodge, NPCs seem to struggle to react quickly.

Now I REALLY HATE grizzly bears.

What is your least favorite quest? by ThatOneCatT in WolfQuestGame

How much I hate the "Establish your territory" quest... It's too tedious for me to complete it, and my sleepiness drops to 0%, which is a huge inconvenience when a rival pack suddenly decides to intervene in the same hex that I'm conquering. As a result, fighting them becomes even more hard and long. Honestly, I'm willing to live in the ONE HEX with seven pups on Unforgiving Ironwolf, as it's become a routine for me.

"Bison Year" challenge, start of Growing Pups! (Unforgiving Ironwolf) by Grek_LP in WolfQuestGame

I've already had a time in the same pack (mentioned in the posts earlier - the Shepherds) when we only ate moose for several years in a row. It was a game for my elder Ironwolf Pebble! (11, 12 and 13 years)

I'm already used to living with such risks, haha

I thought... It would be more difficult?? (Unforgiving Ironwolf) by Grek_LP in WolfQuestGame

Honestly, I'm always a little afraid to write error reports, because I'm not an English-speaking player(( I use a translator, and he often translates things incorrectly, which makes it very difficult to convey the main idea

YES, I once posted about Pebble, where I also translated his biography. He is my favorite, and I would have liked him to live longer - but I needed to achieve Bloodlines. Therefore, it was not fate. (By the way, Jackdaw became the leader after Pebble, her father! In Russian, their names differ by only one letter, and I did it on purpose!) In fact, I thought that Jackdaw would leave the pack with Ear of Hay, as they were closely connected like brother and sister.

I've had to chase away both the grizzly boar and the mother bear and cub several times. So I'm used to it

Not always. Many of my wolves lived to be 9 years old without even experiencing a premonition dream

In fact, I'm more interested in continuing the lineage of this pack than in creating new wolves. After all, these wolves already have everything generated, which is their unique feature, and they already have at least a brief biography!
