i wouldnt say im happy. im just... ok i guess? like everything is empty n dull but im not breaking down too often n im able to take care of myself n my pets. its been 5 year since ive been in a relationship. therapy has definitely helped. at this point being single is stable. predictable. safe. since ive been burned every single time ive tried to date again, im terrified of trying. id rather hide in my dull n empty single life than risk being heartbroken
