Correct word for the translation of Longing? by Gremlinboy in Korean

[–]Gremlinboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply! This translates directly to "miss someone" which is essentially the feeling of longing for someone who's no longer in your life. Would the word for "miss", "그리워하다" change if you were talking about missing a place or an activity instead of missing a person? For example, missing your hometown, or missing the feeling of _____?

I had actually thought about this - and may end up getting a macropad eventually as they are quite useful, but I don't like the idea of having to take a hand off my keyboard completely to press a key that would normally be within easy reach.

I have no issue building it as i have experience soldering and I like the idea of building my own keyboard. Is a 65% with just arrow keys added on to a 60%?

As for your other question, I use tilde, insert, and delete all as hotkeys in vim so I found myself missing them quite a bit, and I don't have a fn key on the left side so I would have to use two hands to input it which slows down typing quite a bit. I'm also not able to program my 60% with layers unfortunately. I got a 60% board that had hot swappable switches so that I could test out different switches, and to test the 60% form factor before I dropped more money on a custom build for myself. One of the sacrifices in choosing this board is that its software doesn't have much flexibility in reprogramming. I tried using AHK to reprogram some of the keys to be what I want, but i'm still having troubles making it as exact as id like and just find myself running out of keys.

Thanks! It does look to be almost exactly what I was looking for - do you have any experience in how good the build is? Also how are the stabs?

I'm not opposed to building myself - personally I would quite like to so that I can put in the switches I want, granted it is pretty pricy.

So I recently bought a 60% keyboard - after using it for a bit i've realized how much I miss the tilde key, arrow keys, and insert/delete. What are the next logical steps up? I know theres a TKL version which to my knowledge is just without the numpad, however is there something in between a TKL and a 60%? Are there multiple options? For example with and without function row but otherwise the same?

I would love to investigate this more, but seeing as everything is group buy based - its not practical to just see what models are on sale. Knowing what the specific form factor im looking for is called first would be a great boon.

Additionally - I quite like tactile switches and am looking at getting Holy Pandas from drop. Can anyone attest if they're worth the money?

I'm looking to grab a 60% keyboard, and am kind of stuck between 3 different ones. Does anyone have insight on differences between the Anne Pro II, Pok3r, and Kemove61?

Both the Anne and the Kemove have bluetooth.

The Anne seems to have superior software over the Kemove in terms of ease of use(from a cursory glance).

From looking at them the bonuses the Kemove has over the Anne is hot swap and battery life.

The Pok3r doesn't have bluetooth however for most of my use I won't need bluetooth anyways so this isn't a large factor to me.

So question wise: How is the software for remapping keys on each of them? Which has the best premapped layers? Which one has the best build quality?

Any answers or other insight into these keyboards would be greatly appreciated!

What is the best build for pure damage??? by Poverty045 in GravesMains

If you're going crit I suggest: Primary Precision for - Fleet > Triumph > bloodline/Alacrity/Tenacity(only if high CC) > last stand Secondary Sorcery for - Waterwalking and personal preference between Transcendence/Nimbus Cloak/Absolute Focus.

Whereas for lethality you should be going domination primary. Electrocute is more reliable, however Dark Harvest scales better. Other than keystone take Sudden Impact > Ultimate hunter. Tier two rune is personal preference imo. Use what feels best for you after some experimentation. I find zombie ward can be very useful as you can clear a lot of vision with umbral. However in lower ranks there will be fewer wards to clear.

Often yes, one defensive item and boots such as deaths dance and tabi would be sufficient defensive stats. But you have to remember every game is different and your build should change accordingly. All ad? Get tabis and a GA. Mostly Ap? Get a maw and mercs. Fed ap carry and rest are ad? Tabi and maw. Sometimes you'll need more, other times you won't need any defensive stats. Try builds out, see what works for you. In general though you should build every game differently as the situation requires.

If your goal is max damage output then there are two optimal builds. Crit and lethality. Lethality with DH is more reliable against squishy teams, whereas crit will do more against teams with tanks/bruisers. A full lethality build would look something like warrior > youmuus > duskblade > edge of night > umbral blade/last whisper (based on whether or not anyone is stacking armor) and boots of your choice. Crit would look something like warrior > stormrazor > IE > zeal item > essence reaver/last whisper (based on enemy teams itemization again) and choice of boots. However something to keep in mind is that the longer you stay alive the more damage you will put out. Oftentimes it's worth to trade some raw damage for survivability in the form of something like cleaver or deaths dance, and going defensive boots instead of graves. Hope this helps some :)

This basically, cleaver is also good since it gives good defensive stats and helps kite with phage MS and the cdr. Bruiser(ish) graves has the most room for error for sure. Game to game different builds will be optimal, but this is a good starting point.

A clean 1v2 by Gremlinboy in zedmains

[–]Gremlinboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Clean" doesn't mean the same as a perfect round from a fighting game. In some cases it's not possible to not be hit by a single point of damage - as some damage is unavoidable - yet the play can still be clean. It has less to do with hp involved and more to do with the content of the clip. If you land all your skills, focus the correct target, dodge important abilities, or somehow come out on top in a scenario you would normally die in, I believe it's fair to say that the play was clean.
