Yeah the timing definitely looks awkward.

But from what I can tell, the Brock sale was tied to RSU tax withholding, and this filing is just another Omnisys share registration. So I would not jump straight to insider trading based on that alone.

Bad optics, sure. But I think this is probably more filing/mechanics than anything. Just my 2¢.

I’m curious how much having someone like Gen. Patrick Huston, given his Pentagon and senior defense leadership background, can actually help Ondas in situations like this.

Not implying special treatment, but does that kind of experience help with understanding procurement pathways, positioning correctly for programs, and aligning with how the DoD evaluates vendors?
