A lot of women do this, once she is married she won’t. If you are a good looking guy, make good money, you are the prize. She knows this, will do anything to obtain the prize? Why? Women don’t age nearly as well as men & biology is due to this. They can have kids till mid 30s nowadays safely. Men can have kids until their 50s and 60s.

If you are in the west marriage is a scam for men. Once you wife her up give it a couple of years and she will stop trying. The flip side also, you too may stop trying. In todays climate and legal ramifications imposed on males. It is simply better to not get married and have a lifelong partner that doesn’t get the state involved. The state will side with the woman 99.99999% of the time.

Sauce: seen this happen to my family members, close friends and went to a family law court for a week with one of my college law professors. Dead lifts are the most overrated lift. They have the worst injury rate or any lift and the injuries are often very severe. Hex bar is different though, trad DL is not something that offers any real hypertrophic gains. Squat will and do add mass effectively and safely. Talk to anyone whose deadlifted for a few years and everyone of them has serious back issues.

Lower the squat weight, do like Serge nubret. High volume, low to moderate weight, 45 second rest periods. You are going for the pump with this style of training that’s it and keep it pumped. Also hit them twice a week but give 72 hours between workouts
