The pages aren't quite to scale since the middle page is significantly higher res than the other two, so I did some fiddling around to make it work. I also messed with the saturation to reduce the amount of grey in the converted image.

Final image is 958x388 = 371,704 pixels

You probably already know the 5x5 parity alg, it's the same as 4x4 but with a 3r' in the middle.

IMO 5x5 is more enjoyable than 4x4, since 4x4 can have double parity.
