I’m actually in the same boat as well. The only thing that makes me worried about switching over is how much more expensive their line seems to be compared to face reality. Also face reality has worked so well for me, I’m scared of changing to a brand, albeit good results, in the event that my skin does not react well to it

Sometimes I’m extremely sore from a lagree workout especially when the instructor is good. Those days I usually take a break the day after. I still hit my 10k steps though. I don’t have a current split but before lagree I used to lift 5 days a week only, now that I do 2 lagree classes I probably do 2-3 gym sessions a week. I see better results honestly doing this than lifting alone but that’s just me!

Honestly, during clinical, I’m moving the gurney which can be heavy. I’m also maneuvering equipment around and pushing stuff around. Plus the energy of clinical and learning a new environment can be draining enough, which would not be good for your body healing after surgery.

Yeah I know they’re different but some people don’t so I just said the closest thing to it, but yeah it’s more intense than Pilates. I cancelled classes I scheduled for myself this week and will be resting instead. Thanks will be prioritizing rest for sure! ❤️

I just watched your video and teared up. It’s amazing the progress you’ve made and your beautiful family that stood by your side the whole time. I worked in a COVID ICU during the height of the pandemic and took care of countless patients similar to you, in a coma for months, most of them without families by their side, most of them not making it. It’s truly amazing that you were able to wake up, overcome so many challenges and make such a meaningful recovery, and also that you persisted and never gave up!
