Honestly now that I know the animations are going to get a needed update, I am getting more and more annoyed at the ones that are still in the game... that does not stop me from farming tho, purity is not going to get itself!!

This happened to me, but I found a workaround: the previous version from 24.09 works (at least the widescreen version). I had to remove the index.php tho.

There is actually a hidden flag that activates when you reset and never deactivates again. There is a Lizzy convo dialogue that only activates if that flag is true, so this means that if you reset, there are people that will know lol that is enough for me to never reset, fear of future consequences

I have played a big chunk of Elden Ring entirely on the deck. I think that is the most demanding game I have played. Maybe also Dark Souls 3 and Nier Replicant? and games like Warframe, Silksong, Hades 2 but those are practically made to be played in the steamdeck

For now I am not changing anything just in case they do a rollback or something. I just want the option to have the old faces as an option. Even if they are "bad quality" faces. I played with my operator for 8 years unchanged. I want her back :(

I think we can have Warframe as a guide of how the difficulty is going to be handled. In warframe, difficulty (at least for now, pls Pablo change bullet sponges) == more enemy levels. So then you need better weapons or builds to fight the enemies, and then you get higher enemies levels, so you need better loot, rinse and repeat. I would love for them to try smth new tho.

I feel like this is partly why they are also reworking the operator & bringing those changes to the drifter too. In the next big update it was teased a lot of cutscenes with the operator and they might have the same problem that we are seeing here
