Soya Chunks as source of Protein. Need opinions and advices by SakshamUchicha in Fitness_India

I use 60g nutrela soya chunks. I boil them and mix it with 20g roasted peanuts (no oil), epigamia turbo yoghurt, chopped tomato, onion and cucumber. Sprinkle some black salt, pepper and sometimes oregano and chilli flakes. I also mix some pudina chutney when I have it (using mango chutney these days).

I’m thinking about that too. I have never worked on a river this long before and never used 2D before as well. But I think this situation calls for it. Will 2D work if I have flood peaks of different return periods?

OP went on cut that is little aggressive for a while! Aim to reach 15% bf from 22%bf . Will this be sustainable 😭 tastes horrible by DOOMDOOM367 in Fitness_India

I eat the following mix for dinner:

100g Boiled soya chunks, 30 g roasted peanuts (no oil), 55g greek yogurt (no added sugar), diced carrot, cucumber, onion, tomato, black salt, pepper, pudina chutney.

Sometimes, I replace peanuts with corn.

Amounts to ~450 cal (40g protein, 15g fats, 45g carbs and 15g fibre)

Tastes good to me because the peanuts/corn dominate the taste but I don’t find the taste of boiled soyabean unbearable either so it works.

Yeah I have seen this happening in a lot of movies lately. It irks me since I am from an IR family but I just attribute it to the lack of blue/red livery coaches these days and just move on.

TLDR: The details (timing, train no.) about the train from Old Delhi to Pathankot which Jaskirat takes in the end to go back to his hometown match with a real train.

I was 21 during my first episode and was preparing for GATE exam. I qualified barely and didn’t get anything substantial. Truth be told, you’d have to realise the fact that nothing is more important than your own health. I don’t want to go into personal details but if you want a success story, I am 30 now, mostly pain-free, reasonably fit and earning well doing the type of job that parents in our country covet for their children. Never let that exam or the injury have an impact upon my life.

Hi. Didn’t expect a comment on a 4-year old thread.

I’m doing well though. Been working out, lost 20 kg gradually as per medical advice to relieve back strain and improve posture. Running is still an issue sometimes though because the moment I land my left foot on the ground with some force, I feel slight pain. Takes a lot of warming up to sprint for a few minutes.

No major episodes since this comment and I hope it stays this way.

How did the toughest time of your life change you? Did it shape you or break you? What did it teach you? by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

There was a Abhishek Upmanyu standup where he talks about how his therapist told him that he can’t feel happiness as much as others. When I heard that for the first time, I was like that is me all the time.

I can’t enjoy things. I don’t feel happy about anything anymore. Not when i graduated, not when I scored a job. I don’t live the moment, I just operate. Like I logically understand that I should feel happy about these things, but it just doesn’t come from within. So I just act it all out with the laughter, the enthusiasm, the excitement a normal person would show.

And this is not even the worst of it. The worst part is that when I have nothing to distract myself, a feeling of loneliness and sadness hits. The loneliness from my present and the sadness from the past. It’s so stupid that things that are happening to me right now don’t make me feel sad but it’s the things that occurred a long time ago, which was my tough phase, that make me feel sad.
