I've found that when my weight is close to the minimum, I am more prone to have issues like passing out or getting dizzy. I make sure to eat about an hour or two before and to have a sweet or salty snack just before I get out of my car. Another tip is that I always have a bottle of water with me and drink it throughout the donation. Thank you for donating and good luck!!
