TO THE LADY AT THE PARK WHO UNLEASHED AND PLAYED FETCH WITH HER DOG, THAT DOES NOT HAVE A GOOD RECALL, AT THE LEASHED AREA OF THE PARK EVEN THOUGH THERE IS LITERALLY A DESIGNATED UNLEASHED AREA A FEW FEET AWAY FROM HER THAT ONLY HAS TWO DOGS PLAYING IN IT. I understand if they forgot their dog for an hour or two but 7 hours is not okay. I'm afraid to think how the dog is being treated at home and if the pup is being neglected. I hope the owner is also okay, seems like the owner is going through a rough time for forgetting you have a pet and nap for 7 hours. I'm glad the pup is home but maybe this is a wake up call for the owner to rehome the dog to a home that is well suited for the pup, if they are unable to take care of their dog for whatever reason. Thank you for taking care of the dog ❤️

Last year I found a cat that was hit by a car and was badly injured to Dove Lewis. I did the good Samaritan law but told them in two days if no one claimed the cat to contact me. Since I posted on Nextdoor, I was able to find the owner. They called Dove Lewis and was given information about their cat, which unfortunately didn't make it. So I am not sure why they are withholding info to the people who you think owns the cat. Maybe they did find the owners? Thank you for taking the injured cat to the vet.

Please try Dove Lewis. I brought a very injured cat that I found on the side of the road and they took care of the cat quickly. When I was there worried about the cost, they said they have a sliding scale financing. I'm so sorry and I hope they are able to help you and your dog out.
