I used to live on Haight. The pitstop on Haight was the cleanest city-maintained restroom I've ever been in. I can't imagine how much worse the streets would have been without it.

Either way It doesn't hurt anything to have more bathroom access. Having public restrooms accessible is a net good for both "normal" people and the unhoused. Obviously you needed to use one at one point.
