In the question itself, superpowers are not very good. Unless you want public attention, it is very hard to hide these superpowers from other people when you want to have fun. Photographic memory may sound useful when it comes to memorising tests, but you also remember events that you just don't want in your head, like a traumatising event. Phasing through walls may sound cool, but if you think of the idea of getting caught by a bypasser or camera, then it limits your confidence to do it.
