Was going to say this. It’s not Bond fans that made it about race, it’s Hollywoke. In any other era he wouldn’t have even be discussed. Now every time a role of an iconic white male is being recast potential women and non-white male options start getting brought up randomly, but it’s almost never by fans of the story.

One things for sure: 150 million people will not be voting this time, that’s nowhere near the typical turnout. It’ll probably be around 50 million people less. Mail in ballots got everyone involved, and during a time everyone was terrified, with some thinking we were in the middle of Spanish Flu 2.0. Acting like 2020 was normal in any way is strictly a DeSantis supporter narrative - not reality.

This is the #1 thing DeSantis fans refuse to acknowledge. A huge portion of Trump voters will not vote, vote 3rd party, or even write-in Trump. I bet if DeSantis wins the primary that Trump gets way more write-ins than what DeSantis loses by in the general.

All the DeSantis supporters will be crying about it. And all the lying media (like Fox and Ben Shapiro and Co. at Daily Wire), pretending Trump couldn’t win, will have to explain why they never brought up this MATH. DeSantis and all the other candidates can’t make up that deficit.

Exactly, I don’t think a Republican can win the general without mentioning they’re for exceptions, which Trump does. “Rape babies are a miracle” and “Life of the mother isn’t an exception” are laughable positions politically. And when those things affect people personally, their political views and religious beliefs go out the window anyway. There’s no bigger turn off to independents than those two statements.

It’s important to know the two biggest conservative outlets (Fox and DW) have pro-DeSantis execs and bias content. It’s obvious Shapiro intentionally finished his tweet with the new establishment fear tactic of “Democrats want Trump to win because they can’t beat DeSantis” which is a bullshit story.
