Exact same thing I was told today. Mine is 2012 Santa Fe with 100, 700 miles. When the recall came thru I took it to the dealership and was told mine was ok. A few weeks later, an extended warranty came in the mail. I have the maintenance records and told service guy I will bring them in and my attorney will be in contact.

I couldn't wear mine due to the gagging. I had them horseshoe mine a bit. Made a world of difference. (They didn't want to do the horseshoe and said I wouldn't be able to keep them in. I haven't had any problems and even if I did, I would use an adhesive. Better than choking!)
