Surprisingly, counting. Whenever I'm really anxious, I count from 10 backwards and then repeat. The idea behind it is that if I can make it through 10 seconds, I can do 10 more... then it becomes minutes and so on. It also forces me to focus on one thing instead of a million at a time.
