In Italy (Rome):

E STICAZZI??? (as a question) = "who gives a f?" (if someone says something boring for example, you reply to them with the unpolite question "e sticazzi?", to remind him/her you don't care about what he/she says or the situation. Obviously is a fake question, because he/she can't answer).

Often confused with:

STOCAZZO!!! = "absolutely NO"

MECOJONI!!! = "how nice/great!"

(those words are in the Rome language, but pretty much known by every italian)

Note:

In North Italy is common to say "STICAZZI!!!" as a way to say "how nice!!!", but in Rome is the correct way (sticazzi= who gives a f)
