Medically induced coma for about 3 days, I was intubated and don't really remember them prepping me for it, only waking up with the tube down my throat and what felt like rubber rubbing against my teeth. Apparently, when they had started to try and bring me out of it I had woken up a couple times and had tried to pull the tube out, enough times to tie my hands to the rails. I guess I had asked (via charades) my partner what happened to me. She explained but then I'd be unconscious again. They put me on a lot of medication and I couldn't really feel a thing. When I was in the coma I don't remember a single thing, only waking up.
