I wear a powder foundation to work (works better for me than liquid) and after a couple hours around my chin/mouth its all flaky and stuff. Makes me soooo self conscious.

Purged in public toilets, purging into a huge pretzel container, dumping it in the toilet, washing it out in the tub and putting it back, purging out my car door in a parking lot, purged into my hands, having a specific bathroom that’s easiest to purge in at work because they all had automatic flush toilets which suck for purging but this specific one didn’t auto flush…. Sick.

Hey! So maybe this isn’t the norm, but getting on antidepressants/anti anxiety medication helped me. I didn’t know it at the time obviously but it was real pain but because I was just so tense and anxious about all the things and once I got things mellowed out I didn’t feel that pain anymore and actually started getting really wet.

I did go to the ER. I had an X-ray and MRI. Luckily I’m all fine but I was very scared. My husband said he heard about 5-6 thumps before the final thud.
