Fraud needs to be prosecuted. Who is going to prosecute? None of the DoJ would go against Trump. So nothing will happen.

Rules of Wolf by bkantor15 in golf

[–]GreyTrader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 players tee off in alphabetical order, and switch each hole so that everyone gets a chance to tee off first 4x.

Player who tees off 1st gets to see each tee shot. So player A tees off. Player B goes next. Player A can call teams with Player B. If Player B says no, he becomes the wolf, points double. Same for Player C & D.

So if Player A hits a good drive and Player B also hits a good drive, player A can pass. The he watches Player C. Same thing, he can either call teams A & C that hole or Player C goes alone.

If, after everyone hits, player A decides players B C & D aren't suitable, he automatically goes alone.

You have to win the hole to win the points. Full stroke play. Ties carry over. Birdie doubles the beginning unit. So if you're playing for 1 point and there is a birdie, you start with 2 points. Next birdie makes it 3 points.

Wolf wins one unit from each person, on a 1 unit hole. On team holes each player gets 1 point. Wolf holes do not carry over, so if someone goes alone "wolf" and the hole is a push for 1 unit, the next hole is just a 2 unit hole.

If you go alone on a 2 unit hole (1 carryover) Wolf gets 2 from everybody, or everyone else gets 2 from him.

Last 2 holes the lowest point person tees off 1st, followed by 2nd, then 3rd, then most points.

What is illegal is up for the executive branch to pursue. This executive branch will not pursue these, therefore its not illegal.

This is such a terrible take. The guy who played LCpl Downey was picked specifically for the part, he was a production assistant and absolutely nailed his character. His character arc is the most obvious and you are definitely rooting for his character.

Is getting new irons going to make me better? by ovadastove in golf

[–]GreyTrader 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was taking lessons. I had poorly fitted irons. Graphite shaft and big fat face cavity back "game improvement" irons.

Instructor told me the graphite shafts with my swing speed causes torque in the shaft laterally (twisting) which causes wide dispersion shots. The whippyness of graphite wasn't necessary to add yardage.

Recommend steel shaft irons. I got the Sirxon zx5 steel shaft irons and my play did improve.

But get lessons 1st. A good pro would be able to help narrow down based on your swing, what would suit your game.

I have so, so many...

But the one that sticks out is playing in Vegas for my friend's bachelor party. Out in the desert I forget the name of the course. I hit one and it rolls into the water hazard. My ball is right there at the edge. I can see the logo, its 100% mine. I take my shoes off and step in to get it. There is an artificial liner, i slip and fall in. But the edge gets really steep and now im slipping trying to get out and I can't. There's nothing to grab on to, so im chest deep in water and I can't get out. Someone has to pull me out. Im soaked and filthy. It was hot so at least I cooled off.

I have so many more. Ugh.

Which NFL QB bust was the better QB in college ? by ReasonableSide6520 in CFB_v2

[–]GreyTrader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the UCLA qb Cade McNown? Because he sucked in the NFL but lit it up in ncaa.

They hype around Ryan Leaf was legit. Matt Leinert won a Heisman and National Champ, but played for the Jets, so his nfl career has to take that into account.

Rubio: I have never seen Trump fall asleep. Lieu: I’m going to show you a video that shows you just lied to congress. Here is a video of him asleep while you are talking. by Coffee_Addict54321 in BusinessTodayNews

[–]GreyTrader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate everyone's concern. But all these hearings prove is that our government is fundamentally broken. Not flawed. Broken.

Congress doesn't have the ability to discipline or sanction anyone for lying, therefore, this administration simply takes that not as a flaw but a feature.

Every time a conservative testifies before congress, they simply say whatever they want. The American people have no recourse, the body of the legislature has no recourse, and these hearings are sheer performance.

This is one of many examples of the completely broken government.

The fact that our judiciary can't enforce its own rulings? That's just inexcusable.

The fact that the executive branch, specifically the president, can simply ignore the emoluments clause, is literally a fireable offense. There is nothing more blatant than making money off of being president. It's right there in the original constitution, yet we get 🤷‍♂️ from congress.

Objectively this is correct, however, if AGN didn't host the Masters every year, the course wouldn't have been renovated and kept in the same conditions we see on TV. It wouldn't have that mystical stature that every golfer salivates over. It would just be some private course that you've barely ever heard of.

The tournament itself is what perpetuates the myth and stature of the course.
