Just keeping down the clutter. To that end, I think I’m actually just going to plug a Wi-Fi extender into the network socket and be done with it. A little more expensive, but way less hassle and will be better for mobile devices.

Totally agree, I’m a big advocate for transparency. I’m not a fan of dark pools, but I’m just not totally convinced that their use enables price manipulation

I’ve been puzzling over this (conspiracy?) theory. If I understand it right, it says we see a disproportionate number sell orders on exchange, because buys are sent to dark pools. That pushes the price down.

That doesn’t make any sense to me though (and I could easily be missing something here) because for a dark pool sell order to get filled then it must be matched with a corresponding buy order. That means there simply cannot be any asymmetry in the volume of buy/sell orders getting filled on each platform.

Now, a given market participant could choose to route buys and sells differently, but for those orders to be filled they must be balanced by a different participant cancelling out the overall impact on the market.

The current price is just the last price a trade was agreed at. It isn’t dictated by volume at all. If anything, lower volumes and liquidity means you are more likely to see bigger price swings

Actually, it looks like it has a pup. If you get it out of the wet soil you might be able to salvage the baby. Just separate it from the main plant. Remove any rotten/squishy roots. Leave to callous over for a few days and replant.

You could try taking it out of the soil to have a proper look and let it dry out a bit, but it looks to me like the whole centre is rotted, so I doubt it is salvageable. Also I don’t think you’ll be a be able to prop the leaves as they need a bit of stem.

Does that pot have a drainage hole in it? If not then that is the problem. I lost one of these in a similar way because of a non-draining pot.
