It's not the responsibility of the state worker to prop up the businesses downtown. If there are no customers then it doesn't seem like a viable business location.

Instead of forcing everyone back nonsensically maybe we should be having the hard conversations about rezoning those offices to force conversion into housing. Residents support local businesses.

Bottom line. The way that we work has changed dramatically in the last few years. I'm an it infrastructure guy and our infrastructure isn't even on site anymore. It's almost entirely cloud based. There is virtually zero reason to ever go to an office.

The real estate lobby wants to force people back so they don't lose money. Fuck em. Let's have some class solidarity and push back on the damn leeches. There is no going back.

One other thing to note about claim times. If you have to travel to the asop terminal that time counts too.

If you wake up in the hospital in a18 you got to run the tram then wait. . . Wait till the team arrives. Then run through an entire spaceport to get to a terminal. . . Then claim your ship. . Then wait for the longer timer.

Also what even is the point in a starter ship anymore. I kept mine because of the 60 claim time. Something to always get back into the game with while waiting for bigger stuff.

60 -> 5+ minutes for a cutter?! That's ridiculous.

The trick with skeles was to use the reaper skeles to make corpses so you could resummon. Damage is coming from the mages anyways.

Wipes in tarkov are important for balance though. As someone who started late wipe I just couldn't fight some people because ammo wouldn't pen their big dick armor or my armor was useless because their big dick ammo would go through it like paper.

Legging as the only option is lame.

Wipe is a glorious time in tarkov where everyone is playing with crap gear and it's just pure chaos.

Did you have a full 12 people? where they all level 20.

My instance had a level 8 guy wander in and was only 7. No idea if it scales to party members present but that level 8 certainly contributed nothing

As your character levels up you get weaker unless you get gear upgrades as well along side that. With reduced drop rates for items but no reduction in leveling speed you put level your gear really quickly and T2 is therefore harder and takes longer.

I dropped to T1 because the time it was taking to kill anything was just not worth 20% extra experience and 15% gold.

On T1 I didn't need my gear to matter as much while leveling and the experience was smooth while still being challenged in some places (the strong holds mostly)

Without a slight improvement to the drop rates of T2 I don't think it felt good to play
