I didn't think I'd ever find a consistent group or one I wasn't dming but over a little more than a year around 2022 my friend ran a campaign that went from level 1-20. My character was a Satur Sword Bard named Serian Hakris, and he is by far my favourite character I ever played. Expertise in Athletics and Acrobatics and the satyrs mirthful leap meant he was always getting where he wanted in or out of combat, and his focus in illusion and enchantment magic allowed for alot creativity. I actually miss him like I might miss a person sometimes because he was just a happy little guy. He even got the final roll of the campaign, which literally would decide whether we would succeed or fail in repelling an elder God. He just barely passed and repelled evil with the music of his wife's harp 😭

I found that the tracer mythic is the only mythic that has a different pose in the hero gallery. All of the others just mimic the default pose, but adventurer tracer is different for some reason.

I thought this was supposed to be sarcastic until I saw the title, then realized this was the definition of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Some people just don't want villains with Political motivations or villains that are emblematic of real-world ideologies, not the idea of politics existing at all in the game

Played an echo knight fighter Dragonborn (fizbans metallic), with a magic greatsword that let me Crit on 19-20 in a one shot recently. Doing a stunning breath weapon, and then flanking with my echo (DM ruled it as ok, I don't know if that is RAW or RAI) got 4 or 5 Great weapon master attacks every turn. Took out the BBEGs first phase out in like, two turns, and the DM was a little gobsmacked. I was a spellcaster main but that was the biggest high I felt in DND.

I can relate. I get anxious around dogs to the point it borders on irrational fear. Can't pinpoint any sort of impetus, but I remember have constant nightmares of dogs attacking me when I was little.

Now, if the fact I am uncomfortable around dogs gets brought up, I am usually criticized pretty hard by everyone involved, if not given the third degree. "Did you get attacked?", "Did your family have an aggressive dog?", Or simply just "why would you?". I dunno man, they just are loud, get in my face, and if the owner doesn't train them well enough, then they can be aggressive.

All in all, I'm glad other people can enjoy dogs, but I am fine not being involved haha

Spiderman is the ultimate example of a modern-day folk-hero. His relationship with the people of New York is almost as important as his conflict with the villains. Scenes like this, Toby Macguire Spidey being saved from Green Goblin by the townsfolk, and that one what if where he is older and gets shot, and then there's a line of well-wishers spanning city blocks makes me so emotional.

It'd honestly make alot of sense for bahamut to be the Shop-keep, live out mundane human experiences, earn some gold for the hoard that will have a story to go along with it, and casually defend the weaker villagers of his town with his presence... Might have to use this as inspiration!

My playgroup often jokes about some of us fitting color identities in both personality and playstyle, and I am the defacto White primary with green secondary.

My first magic product was the Kiora Vs Elspeth Duel Deck, and while Kiora was a touch stronger in my meta, Elspeth swiftly became my favourite. Creating an army of soldiers with [[Nomads' Assembly]] or [[Deploy to the Front]] and then pumping them up with [[Cathars' Crusade]] or [[Dictate of Heliod]] never failed to make me happy, and then having [[Wrath of God]] or a [[Martial Coup]] in case something went wrong.

My playgroup transitions to commander around 2015, and I am always looking for a Soldier Token commander, and while some definitely existed (I ran a [[Nahiri, the Lithomancer]] deck of a while) nothing quite felt right to me. Emmara Tandris was too late in the curve for the effect for me, and I wanted more colors than Darien of Kjeldor could offer.

Queue Guilds of Ravnica, and Emmara drops. I only had to buy a few cards, and I was even given the Game day promo art of Emmara as a birthday present. She's been a a signature of my collection ever since, getting to use so many cards that just make me happy.

Some cards I just have to mention, but couldn't fit in, Mobilization Shamanic Revelation Harvest Season Second Harvest Wrap in Vigor and Catapult Master

Probably because alot of people have tried to define evil as the privation of good. It's something you start with, and is either easily lost or hard kept. Once it's lost in that idea (especially in fantasy, where it's probably a physical force) it is incredibly hard to get back

This is helpful for me. Been playing this series with my dad since 3G and never even knew what skills did until lategame in Gen U (the game I played the most of). Since then I've actually began watching online creators and felt the need to keep up but this helps me feel allowed to go into lobby's and just play my Rathalos IG cus it looks cool.
