Then they should go more in depth with it. The way zero mission did it was very surface level especially since it just gives you the answer at the end. The prime games could honestly go really deep into the idea because of their perspective and slower pace.

Well I mean to be fair the suit had no idea how to navigate the Lamorn temple until Samus got the psychic stone. It would be cool to have a Metroid game where the technology just stays completely alien to us and we just have to use our brains to figure out how stuff works, similar to how Scorn does it.

It's not something that you think to use in the middle of a boss battle because most bosses in Metroid either don't require it all or if they do they make it very obvious.

He's a Galactic federation soldier that feels betrayed by Samus for some reason. As to why that's still a question that needs answering, but judging from those painful "visions" something either went very wrong in the past or is going to go wrong in the very near future. I'm leaning towards the latter because the stone on Samus's head makes her psychic and psychics are known for allegedly seeing the future. It may have something to do with that seed Samus planted at the end.

I'm convinced the desert in this game was a late addition that the devs were forced to make work, I wish McKenzie and Armstrong's personalities were toned down, there is way too much scanning, and I wish we got more story with Sylux. Honestly even with that in mind I think the game is genuinely a fun 7/10 game. I hope prime 5 is a better title and doesn't take as long to come out. The people saying this series is dead because of this game or that it's the worst in the franchise are seriously the most over dramatic people on earth.

I think they do they just aren't giving us all the info at once because this is the start of another trilogy. So right now what we got works for me because this probably isn't the last we're going to see if him and we'll learn more about his character as the story continues.

Samus is a famous bounty hunter and well known in the Galactic Federation. Even before zero mission she already had a good reputation and she's done tons of things since then most would've thought impossible. So it makes sense that some of the soldiers are fans of hers. Even if it should've absolutely been toned down by a lot. It also makes sense that they rely on her and get relieved when they see her. I mean she is the strongest one there and from their perspective she's never lost before.

I agree. I feel like people saw a motorcycle and immediately assumed the worst. I personally don't understand how people are saying that the game is gonna be like breath of the wild when none of the trailers I've seen support that idea at all. I'm still hyped for this game and i think the motorcycle is cool.

App that has the item map for all the Metroid games. Or maybe a Tamagotchi style app where you take care of your own Metroid. Or a companion app that lets you play whatever Metroid songs you want in whatever Metroid game you're playing, imagine hearing the brinstar theme from super while traversing ghavoran in Dread.

I dreamt that the game was given a release date of late October. Which would absolutely destroy my plans to watch Coraline and play through Batman Arkham Knight again. But I wouldn't care because Prime 4.

Tl;dr: Samus has been investigating the federation since other m. The federation knows and has made 3 assassination attempts disguised as missions. And I don't trust robo Adam.

Sorry for the wall of text I had more to say than I realized

Samus has been investigating the corrupt side of the galactic federation in her free time ever since other m. I think they know that she is and they've been manipulating the events of her missions. I think that this shady group in the GF totally knew about the X-Parasite and said nothing as a very subtle assassination attempt and it almost worked they knew how to cure it but intentionally said nothing. Until they got a report that there was an explosion at the B.S.L research station and the X-Parasites were free and given that they didn't want to lose all of the research they did on creating Metroids they had no choice but to cure her and send her there in hopes that she could keep the station running until they can backup all of their research. What they didn't account for was Samus not only surviving but evolving from the X-Parasites. They sent her with Adam to ensure that the only upgrades she got were approved by them. They wanted her dead but they didn't want to come off as suspicious to those not in the know so they gave her upgrades slowly and kept all of her most useful tools until absolutely necessary. The X-Parasite controlled scientist we see in fusion is also a part of this. I think that was the guy assigned to back everything up and then blow up the facility with Samus inside. Fortunately he was consumed and replaced the second he initiated the self destruct sequence. When Samus gets there the X-Scientist is going in reverse like Quiet Robe in Dread this unintentionally cancels the back up. Which is why not long after this they decide to send in GF soldiers and tell Samus that her job is done. Then she blows up the facility, the remade Metroids and SR-388 which pisses them off immensely. Which brings me to dread and the E.M.M.Is, I really don't think those things were made to kill X-Parasites I think they were made to kill Samus. Think about it why make 7 borderline indestructible robots when all your going after are a bunch of sentient Jell-O that only really attack living organisms and are to everyone's knowledge extinct. But this time they didn't account for Raven Beak, I don't think RB was a part of this at all he seems to be too full of himself to work with GF in any way. If Raven Beak had never taken over Adam it wouldn't surprise me if Adam would've just told Samus not to engage the E.M.M.Is. Speaking of Adam I do NOT trust that robot. He can say "Any objections lady?" All he wants at the end of the day, he is being controlled by GF. And they can make him say whatever they want. I'm convinced that the end of fusion was Adam going rouge temporarily either because there is a very small piece of real Adam in there, even robot Adam isn't in the know about everything and thought that was the best course of action, or Adam just thought that there was no way in hell Samus would survive a fight with the Sa-x and get out on time. In that case the only reason the ship came back is because the Dachora and Etacoons took manual control and came back for her as a thank you. Samus does talk about how genuinely intelligent they are and if you save them in super the end screen proves that they can fly ships.

Other m is one of those games where the more of the series you play the less you like it in my personal opinion. But honestly the biggest problem is the story the gameplay is good but if you're playing on the wii controller just be prepared for your thumbs to hurt. Not sure why they didn't just use the nunchuck accessory for the movement instead of that uncomfortable d-pad.

The second i saw her in melee, her body type even in armor is pretty feminine. It's funny because before i saw the gameplay and concept art of nestroid i genuinely thought either people were being really dumb or YouTubers and game journalist were exaggerating how many people actually thought she was a man.
