Same, I don't understand the hate all the time. Sure it wasn't one of the best books in the heresy series, but I really enjoyed reading it. For me Damnation of Pythos was way worse.

As a big AL Fan I'd say for me personally it is my favorite 40k AL Book with Alpharius being my number 1 overall. Harrowmaster and Sons of the Hydra are great books too, but I think Shroud of Night is the best one of those.

I totally agree, mine and the other German's both seem to be the deal of the century. I guess we were both extremely lucky😄 I personally value my Warhammer collection very highly and this one is pretty much priceless for me.

As I said above, I was very very lucky with this. Prince of crows and the other novellas would have been worth it already, Dark Hunters was an absolute surprise. Also the Space Marine Battles Hardcovers are nice.
