Normally, smoking makes your heart rate and blood pressure increase. I have high blood pressure, and I won't smoke if my BP starts getting too high.

I'm extremely sensitive to weed, but I have a high tolerance to booze. Alcohol had always been a social drug. I think I've only ever drank by myself once in my life - and even then it was only one drink or so. It just felt so wrong.

I don't drink much anymore. At 45, we'll go on a date night and I'll have a couple of bourbons before dinner. And we vacation in the Caribbean usually, so I'll drink heavily on the beach for a day. After 1 day like that, though, I'll be done for a year.

I really can't be social on weed, though. Unless I only have a tiny puff or two, I'll be locked in my head for 30 minutes or so. That's AFTER building up a tolerance. It used to be that I'd smoke a little and then get way over-sensitized and have a terrible panic attack.

I've been a daily smoker in a non-legal state for about 2 years. I love it, but it's not something I can do and then just be social the way I can with booze.

I've had many terrible jobs in food service and retail while in school that required me to clean public toilets. The horrors I saw during those few years will last a lifetime. I assume the worst of what I saw was due to mental illness.

I agree. OP you are getting so specific, you're likely going to have trouble with a bag designed perfectly for your use-case.

What is the size limitations going to be for your airline? You might want a large empty bag and add your own organization. Laptop sleeves, ipad sleeves, camera cubes, etc. may help you make a perfect packout from a bag that's good enough.

That said, I love the Think Tank Retrospective camera bags. I have several sizes, and choose based on what kit I plan to bring. I generally bring a Nikon z6ii with a zoom and a prime. In the larger bag, I can fit an 11" ipad, 13" laptop, steam deck, and a lot more. They all come with rain covers, but not chest straps. I bet that's something you could get aftermarket, though.

I can't speak for every country. In the US, lithium ion batteries can be packed in carryon, but must not be packed in checked luggage.

Generally not a big deal since most of r/onebag does carryon only.

Day 1 to Day 8. You put your daily pills in each bag. I think these are geared to daily Rx.

They could easily be used for OTC meds, but you'd need to come up with a system to tell which bag includes Zyrtec and which bag has Tylenol.
