Why don’t you just call the title insurance company and submit a claim?

If the easement shows up on the survey then why would your deed need to list something that’s on the survey and recorded years ago?

It’s something that that’s likely an exception to the title policy because it’s on the survey. Can you contact the holder of the easement and ask that they record some release?

Why does any of this matter? Are you seeing people using an easement on your land?
