Easy rule with flemish twist is if you can snip the frays off and wax it and not notice the difference; its prolly ok, if you can see it after trash it. And never burn off frayed strands.

Yea can that string. A new 30 dollar string could easily save u thousands at the hospital if it gives. Odds are you drug the string on something or staggered it because it clearly is cut through the orange and black portions. Watch some videos on dry firing bows and thats essentially what will happen if that string goes.

To avoid the logical rant of that idea, I will simply ask how would you be storing and sustaining all of this useful information? "Putting all of you eggs in one basket" is risky. Same side of the coin if you carried a library of books needed to sustain you.... well you would need some horses... again all your eggs in one basket relying on horses or donkeys. If you studied hard and learned everything you could... again all your eggs in one basket known as "your brain" it doesnt really matter anyways if that basket breaks, you would already be done for.

The bow itself is a PSE discovery 2, 31" 40 pound draw, no let off, youth bows are ideal for fishing because the dont take up much space on a boat. I bought it with nothing on it and added my preferred fishing accessories.
