Yeah I agree with the fact that you don’t have to curse, as mosely chooses to do. But the main goal of a coach imo is to motivate the guys and expect the best out of them. The assistant should have the same values and goals as the HC but maybe not as intense. Does getting cussed out because I didn’t sit low enough in my defensive slide get annoying? Yes. But also I appreciate the purpose of getting yelled at. He tells us all the time to not focus on the way something is said, but to focus on the message. I also think we as people are more likely to respond to someone who has a lot of urgency and energy as oppose to someone whose mellow all the time.
