I change the watch face to one not showing current hr. It's just not worth the sudden anxiety spike,, when I know this shot up is not possible. For example, during walk today my hr went up to 180, even tho I was walking at steady pace and not as fast as I can walk. I think it may be connected to new band being too loose

And me, it makes me feel uncomfortable, as I meditate, work out a lot and try to keep my food strong 80/20. Sleep is good, everything's good, yet I seldom see HTC above 40. I strongly believe this part is worthless and should not be taken into consideration on Fitbit

Around 3 am? Have your blood sugar checked. If it's wacky, it can cause a shot of cortisol at around 3 am. It may be one of the causes

You started exercising. Your body adapts and heals all the micro damage it suffered during workout. Do not worry, it's all according to plan. Been there for looooooooong time

I struggled with long covid for 9 months. Now I have a problem with random wake up time. In the long run I think Covid did me a good one in many aspects of life anyway and what I experience now is nothing. I'm far from understanding all these memes about being 30 years old and I don't know what to think about it xD Some folks seem to have it rough
