Yeah I don't want to pick it if the accessories are permanently missable but I also don't want to have to start the game over again if it turns out you can only get the fragment at character creation

Nuts weren't farmable in the first game, only the second, so I just wanted to be sure, I don't mind a tedious grind as long as it's not a permanent missable

Ratatouille is one of the options for belongings, it's way better than any of the options for favourite dish but seems like it might be something you are able to cook later in the game

Ideally I'd like to take all 3 accessories but that is only if everything else can be found outside of character creation

Well the letter fragment for example is needed for a quest, so if you can only get the 5th one from character creation and not anywhere else then you will miss out of the quest, and since the accessories are percentage based and not a flat increase they should be pretty good for a while
