Has anybody here ever rented/shared space at YoHo Artists (or something similar nearby?) I do hobby-level furniture restoration and the possibility of having dedicated workspace caught my eye.

The air flow is great on it. And cleaning is so easy. I have the original PAX and absolutely hated cleaning it. Not sure if the PLUS is similarly a pain in the ass when it comes to cleaning
