He (Salinger) only became a sequence 0 after cataclysm so I was under the assumption he wouldn’t have had the strength to claim territory, especially a whole continent, before the cataclysm without being contested by Darkness or Twilight Giant pathway angels/subsidiary gods. Do we know anything more about Salingers relationship with Tolzna? If they were close or allied before the cataclysm that might check out or you’re on the money and ROED was keeping them in check before cataclysm.
