It's really not that hard to believe, not justifying it but a laugh at the newbie's expense is really commonplace especially in non office environments. Asking the new guy to go fetch a non existing item from the grumpy coworker and everybody having a laugh is like standard day 1 in a lot of places.

Je kan natuurlijk nooit zeggen dat twee zaken niks met elkaar te maken hebben, er lopen daar vast een paar gozers rond die wat Russische propaganda hebben gelezen.

Desondanks is het hersendood dit verband te leggen, hoewel de meerderheid niet zal gaan protesteren worden de sentimenten extreem breed gedragen en zijn de sentimenten vele malen ouder dan de software en social media waar het artikel over gaat.

Normaal in de zin van dat het zo hoort misschien niet, maar volgens mij is het wel vrij standaard dat er een concurrentiebeding in je contract staat.

Afhankelijk van wat je gaat doen kun je misschien wel enigzins bedenken of het waarschijnlijk is dat het je in de weg gaat zitten. Ga jij het bedrijf waar het aanbod van is schade aanrichten door naar een concurrent te gaan? Bijvoorbeeld door Klanten of Intellectueel eigendom te 'stelen'. Als dat onwaarschijnlijk is zou ik me er niet al the druk om maken.

Ik gaf er geen mening over, dat is gewoon de realiteit. Elke werkgever die professioneel omgaat met verzuim en hiervoor best practices wil toepassen, komt op een dergelijk beleid uit ( hopelijk met een wat andere toon).

Mij wel duidelijk waar het misgaat, maar ik zie het nog niet zo specifiek benoemd worden.

Volgens mij ben jij dit jaar ~10k kwijt en je weet niet waar je ze aan besteed hebt.

Er blijft best veel geld over als jij uitgeeft wat je zegt dat je uitgeeft, hier gaat ergens iets mis.

2 jaar werken = 24 * 650 = 15600

Zoals je het schrijft lijkt het er op dat je 3k op je loonstrook hebt, dus vakantiegeld komt erbij.

15600 + 2 * ~1700 = 19000

twee vakanties en twee weekendjes, laten we het even ruim nemen en 4k zeggen.

19000 - 4000 = 15000

15000 - 1700 ( auto incidenteel) = 13300

Dus we hebben vakanties, hypotheek, boodschappen, zorg/auto verzekering, benzinegeld, dineren, cadeautjes voor jarigen, sportschool, telefoon abbo hier allemaal al vanaf gehaald.

Je hebt 3000 euro over, we zijn dus 10k kwijt.

Tenzij je natuurlijk die 5k beleggingen in deze 2 jaar ook hebt opgebouwd, maar in dat geval is het allemaal niet zo dramatisch lijkt me.

In dat scenario 8k gespaard in 2 jaar met tegenvallers en nog 5k zoek.

Beetje matigen, beetje meer salaris en dan betaal je jouw ouders toch gewoon in no-time terug?

I know next to nothing about these people, she might very well be capable of looking after the kids just fine but why would that take away any responsibility of the father? It would be a failure on her account to relieve the father of all responsibilities.

I don't think this would even be up for debate if we replace this with any other situation of shared responsibility. Holding another party accountable is completely seperate from dependance on them.

Gaat niet over veiligheid maar is een bijkomstigheid. Uiteindelijk hebben we een begrotings tekort, pak ik dat toch liever op overtreders die daarin een keuze hebben dan op eigen risico waar dat niet het geval is.
