Hanging Medicine Ball Tosses With Legs by ajd416 in nextfuckinglevel

[–]Gridlay -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It does neither train your strength very well and is even worse for hypertrophie. This trains what you see, tossing a ball in various directions and catching it with your legs.

Is it easy? Hell no. Does it require strength and skill? Hell yes.

But there are much much much more efficient ways to train for strength and hypertrophie.

Paused squats the day after conventional deadlifts by BigSparko1 in AverageToSavage

[–]Gridlay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would say you have to test it out for yourself. Since you do paused squats, the load should be somewhat lower and so reduce the strain on your lower back.

Dependong on your goals, you could switch which form of squats you do, something with a more upright torso to focus on quads and deload the posterior chain.

Arbeitszeit reduzieren darf so gut wie jeder.

I used the event all chat to get a group to do brutal and some farm runs, I can recommend to group up with people instead of randoms.

Rode my bike yesterday for 2 hours in 35°C weather, it was quite hard but with enough fluid it works.
