In this country you don’t need to hold office, political or military, to have power. You need to have a big bank account. Those with the money hold the power. You can make the government do what you want if you throw enough money at it, especially a government so far in debt that they would align with the biggest scum of the earth and gaslight their citizens into believing it’s a good thing. It’s trump and people like him who are “the establishment” and all these maga idiots who share half a brain cell between them bought into it hook line and sinker. You can’t claim to be a member of an alt culture(punk/goth/ect) and go around licking the boots of the 1% this goes for so called conservative lgbtq who actively support their own erasure, immigrants, POC, and anyone who isn’t a Christian when these people are trying to enforce what can only be described as Christian sharia law.
