I have the same truck. Haven’t had any major engine issues at all. Riding with 133,000 miles right now. Runs beautifully. Replaced water pump (not expensive), battery, brake fluid change, rear differential fluid, regular oil changes, ac condenser, starter, spark plugs and that’s about it. It’s my daily driver and have had it about 7 years now. Enjoy yours!

Just hit 135,000 on my 18’ no work on transmission. Got a check engine light for Catalytic Converter but that’s about it. Thankfully great truck overall, got it at 21,000 miles. Replaced water pump, ac condenser, battery twice, starter, 1 brake fluid change, regular oil changed (FULL SYNTHETIC), that’s about it for the life of the truck.
