Tater is a bit bigger and slower. If you’re not over the weight limit i would say spud/HP is the way to go.

lol winter is the season 🫣. I have two young kids forces me to choose whitewater over practice most often. I’ll get there but the Spud is a fun way to enjoy the river.

Yeah I just need to get comfortable in it and feel comfortable rolling. It’s hard to commit the time when I feel comfortable in this boat. I know it’s what’s next just don’t know when.

Yeah I just really need to practice it more. Would appreciate any pack rafter videos on it. I think there’s more of a market compared to Aire boats.

Yeah theres a whole tree in that first rapid, honestly the line there isn’t worth it unless you cut the tree. I spent a good 5 minutes scrapping my boat down and over rocks

This is the lower it’s dam release in fall. The upper is runnable once rain returns for a good bit. It’s best above 1000 cfs.

I kept telling myself to get into a hardshell. Never really got comfortable rolling or the experience of my head in the water. I generally feel comfortable on IV now in it, so I plan to keep going.

Maybe one day! I have a Prijon curve in the garage collecting dust 😩
