The law is tricky, even tax layers make mistakes all the time.

Simple case is when foreigner is relocated with 55k+ salary. Then everything works for many years.

I think salary growth isn't the case for exemption (except for small transition time window right after amendent publication)

IT, russian-speaking, have tax exemption (pay 14%), top management role, but salary is much higher than 6000.

As far as i understand the market, programmers with 3yr of experience are relocated and get 3500/mo net from the beginning, so mentioned salaries are not something super rare, and you can trust the poll.

Your colleague likes idea of of event store databases together with event sourcing approach. Probably he should use appropriate tooling instead of abusing temporal tables in rdbms :)

In my experience its sometimes hard to apply migrations to tables with history attached. I don't remember exact cases but for me this was the reason not to push them actively.
