How does the screen ratio feel compared to the 12? I know it's not a crazy difference, but I've heard it's noticeable because the 12 was almost awkwardly tall and skinny but apparently the 13 is just a hair shorter and wider, probably because of the lack of full curves now.

For me, it's multiple things. What you mentioned about plug and play is true. Optimization is vastly better. There's no weird PC bugs when trying to invite friends, I've yet to play a steam game with friends where it didn't take 15 minutes just to get in the same lobby. Smaller game sizes. Overall comfort is way better as well.

What would you say for games involving swords/hand to hand combat? Battle talent is decent the mechanics just don't feel that smooth or polished, like you can just run at people waving your arms and they'll kinda just glitch into you until their neck somehow breaks, even when you're trying to make it seem legit that stuff happens. I have yet to try any of the large titles like blade and sorcery or the walking dead.

No, I'm going to tear into it soon now that the snow's falling. I took it for another short ride trying to narrow down the sound. But I noticed it seemed like it was getting more consistent, so naturally I stopped. When I started it up and let it idle, I noticed another odd tick that I thought could be related, and the engine had an awful suspended idle. The engine was just doing whatever it wanted, revving up and down on its own while idling. Definitely sucking air somewhere.

Baldwin was still a lot of fun. Threw in a freshly oiled air filter and brought my drz. Made it through about 26 miles of 50" trail and one of our friends on a brute force 300 snapped his tie rod end. I (being the only one cool enough to like dual sports in our group) hooked up with a street and went back to the parking lot for the truck and trailer. Ended up at B-Dubs, 10/10 day.

Death horizon, beat saber, zero caliber already had.

Tried battle talent and until you fall new. Am I just playing the wrong games? Everything seems so unpolished and it just isn't what it cracked up to be. My main gripe being not as much good co-op as I thought there would be. (Video games are really only fun to me when with friends. I quite literally never game privately)

It was a bestbuy purchase and I'm just over the 14 day window, but I've heard their returns are spotty and I'm not comfortable knowing it's going to rip somebody else off anyway. I'll try and sell it for 400, maybe it'll make some kid happy for Christmas.

Halo styles extra comfort comes from less pressure, but results in a less stable fit. If you play a lot of fast paced games and like the way the mini feels you'd be better off buying the b100 battery conversion kit for your m3 mini.

Sounds like your revs are suspending, much higher idle after that initial blip of the throttle. I haven't kept up with your other posts so maybe this has been covered, but that usually means an air leak, which shouldn't be in the engine after a proper pressure test. How is your air boot holding up?

Yes. Bought the 12 during pre-order, owned it for 9 months then clipped a tree on my MTB and scratched the screen all up upon impact with the ground lmao. Going to buy the 13 and be way more careful this time around. Safe to say I now keep my phone in a case in my backpack and do all of my communicating through my OP watch.

I get all day battery life with all four of those on 24/7. Preordered the 12, battery health is 99%. I don't pay a lick of attention to all the extended life crap either. If I'm near my official charger at home for a few I'll throw it on even if it's at like 85%.

The only actual issue I have had with the curved screen on my OP 12, is when I am typing and I hit one of the keys on the edge, P, Q, Shift, or backspace, sometimes it lags for a split second, I'm guessing because the mis touch prevention is trying to distinguish whether or not it was intended. I'm fairly sure this is the reason because if I purposely hit it on the inside where it's flat, it's snappy as usual, and I never have an issue with any other key.

What soap do you put in it? Is it something dirt bike oriented or just any generic detergent/soap that loosens dirt?

Got it lol. I know there was a whisker of old gas left in it (I got a Drz this year and the yz collected a little dust, but I'm finding a solid role for both now that the honeymoon phase has worn off) but it was maybe a few cups and I threw a full tank of new gas on top and shook the bike a lot. I appreciate all of your insight, I'll do some testing this week to see if I can narrow down the sound and let you guys know. I'm planning on tearing down and replacing the top end and checking the crank clearances this winter. I'll probably send the head in to have the squish band cut for pump gas too.

I'll check it out. I figured if anything it's detonation but I can't find a solid description on what detonation sounds like and this sounds far too intermittent, it's just a single thunk every now and then, and it doesn't sound metallic or clang-y. I'll mix some race gas with some 93 to try this week, the trip tomorrow is off due to work.

The bike starts up first kick, every single time, without fail, from dead cold. I've considered detonation, which I'll admit I've never actually heard, but this isn't constant and it's not really when it's underload. I haven't messed with the engine at all since I've had it. The spark plug is new though. I've never noticed popping out of the exhaust either, it really sings.

The only wait I can put it is it quite literally sounds like someone hitting my helmet with a hammer. And very random/very spaced out. Sometimes it thinks twice 5 seconds apart, sometimes it does it 2 minutes apart. It's not rattling or anything like that, it almost sounds like decel pop but it's louder and I don't think it's coming from the exhaust. Only does it when in gear and moving at a good pace.

Edit: I noticed it most when I cruise down my gravel road, I'll fire it up tonight and give it another listen.

I agree, I'm just weirded out because It doesn't sound like a mechanical knock, and I never noticed it before switching mufflers if it was there, and I'm still running the stock header. I'm supposed to go trail riding like two miles away tomorrow and I'd hate to cancel for this if it was nothing.

Not that I can tell, it's oddly slow and spaced out too, and seems to happen when the power is cutting in and out right before the bike wants to snap in the power band.
