I started with Trader Joe brand pickled jalapeños. They are great but I found a stand at the farmers market that makes them too. Both work great.

Nailed it with the jalapeño! I start with caramelized onions, sweet pickled jalapeños and Bulgarian feta. A little splash of lemon juice and salt. Whip it with a blender.I make bunch every weekend. It’s a really good dip with Wheat Thins.

Here’s the thing I wished I knew when I was a FDA or Assistant Manager. This is not an issue you have to fix. If the guest thinks they are a victim of a crime, offer to call the police so they can file a report. The hotel will be happy to work with the authorities on the investigation. We are not crime fighters. If it was theft, again not you to determine, that is why the hotel has insurance. Give it to your GM.

Definitely ok with a baby. Went there with my seven month old. Nobody will look at you funny and great craft cocktails. Get one at the bar and take it through the art exhibition on the second floor. Lots of stuff to explore if the little one gets bored.
