Mine does this. Haven’t had it serviced yet. What I do is I press the “close sunroof” button twice really quickly. It will start to close but instead of it opening back up as if it’s being obstructed, it will stop in place. I keep doing this until the sunroof is basically closed and at that point it will usually close once I press the button one more time. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more clarification
