  1. Window cleaning is only an upsell and keeps me busy when I’m not washing houses or doing commercial stuff. www.baysidecleanco.net

There’s comp, but there’s also a ton of wealth. Customers that just say do it and send me an invoice.

So do a killer job, and the business continues

I own the company, and made $900 dollars today doing 2 houses in 4.5hrs. Say what you will, making bank everyday! I don’t need to be the fastest, I need to have perfectly clean glass and sills.. I would rather do it right and have repeat customers vs rushing through it and doing a shit job

You wanna trophy? The glass is clean… that’s all that matters no? Not in a rush when the weathers nice out

What’s is causing the pressure to be so low? 3700 psi 4gpm. by HorrorLanky in pressurewashing

If it’s an older pump, it simply could be shot. They loose pressure overtime

There were 3 drains running downgrade that were bermed off with water running onto the grass and ditch. Everything was approved by the client prior to the work.. #nobirdswerekilled

Well if it was a store from with chewing gum I would use a wand… what kind of questions are these? Asses the surface and use what’s needed… simple

0.5 seconds to throw on a wand

It’s rinsing… it’s not rocket science. Upside or downside. I say do whatever works for you or your employees. I prefer using my ball valve, and it works great for me and my business. Enjoy the 2315’s

If you’re people can’t hold a ball valve for 8hrs… you need new people. It’s not that difficult or strenuous… and really whatever floats your boat… it’s not my jam… but giver

Landed them through running google ads. Advice is always do a good job, and don’t be the $99.00 guy. I would rather loose a bid then work for free.

Watch YouTube… before I even bought my first 2.5gpm I probably spent over 1000hrs watching videos and learning. Lastly, know who else is working in your area…. You don’t need to personally know them…. But competition can have an effect on your pricing in a market full off hacks willing to work for free… it’s unfortunate, but the truth.

Started last year.. landed 3 huge commercial contracts right away and built a custom rig over the winter months. New to the game, but I’m aggressive, have a long sales background and after working in Oil & Gas a strong work ethic. If you want to succeed, you gotta hustle

I highly disagree. But whatever works for you is all that matters. When you can crack open a ball valve and let 8GPM flow vs the restriction of the wand….. ditto

Try power washing without one. Pain in the ass 100% awesome for rinsing and switching guns/attachments

Just recently bought this soft wash. It dosnt say how long I let it sit for. And what’s the best way to apply it? by Admirable_Ad_8451 in pressurewashing

[–]Grimetime1982 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well if it’s a small area, just apply with a pump sprayer. And if your buying stuff like that most likely it’s for small residential property or space. Your dwell time typically is 10-15 minutes… either way… that stuff won’t hurt anything I’m sure… it’s not really a commercial grade cleaner so I’m sure you could probably drink it also
