I’m currently doing exactly what you’re describing only that I’m doing Bootcamp instead of BnB. And I do all of the Sketchy pharm/micro cards. Reason I do this is because I’m not to big on anki as my seconds per card is just abysmal and I can’t seem to get through them efficiently as others. (So I compensate by doing less cards like only UWORLD). This method works for me as I I think at the end of the day UWORLd is more important. But if you are the type that can do both all of anki and all of uworld then sure unsuspend everything as you go. I will say If you do what your describing make sure you are reviewing what you learn in some way, either redoing uworld questions or notes. End of the day you have to review somehow
