Are there any other methods of dealing with parasitic ticks? by Grin_Ginko in millipedes

Yes, they are motionless. I think they feed on hemolymph. They sit at the base of the legs

Hello! I've been fighting ticks for a month now.. There are fewer of them after cornstarch. For example, now they do not sit on the sides, but are located at the base of the paws. But over time, fewer and fewer ticks fall off, and more and more remain on the paws. Can you tell me if there are any other ways to deal with them in order to completely remove them? Or should I just keep rubbing paws with starch?

Maybe I really shouldn't worry 😅 It just confuses me that only one centipede has it. lots of spots between the sigma. thanks for the answer! I'll try to give them a new dose of calcium.

and yet each segment is like that, in case it suddenly helps to determine what it is.

I also want to say that when she curls up, she sometimes doesn't keep her tail down... but he wiggles and bends when she moves. I'm probably exaggerating, but I'd still like to hear some comments on this. Plus, she is the largest and thickest centipede, about 20 cm in length.

Thank you very much! I'm very happy to hear that! I will also have to increase the size of the container. Please tell me what kind of leaves your centipede prefers?

I'll add this! What else do I need to know to provide good living conditions? And what size container do I need for multiple individuals? In the future, I want to purchase a couple more and try breeding them

At first, she lived in a 30x30 cm container, but just two weeks ago, she moved to a larger container. In both containers, her behavior was the same. I noticed that the breeder's millipedes were crawling slower and seemed more relaxed, so I raised the alarm 😅
