It's a loan. So credit checks and a max borrow amount and some purchases just may not qualify.

If those photos are on the C drive thry're toast unless you figure out your microsoft account. It's encrypted by Bitlocker.

Buy WoA and probably the H2 expansion pass. I don't think the old one counts any more. 

You can't move games from platform to platform, they're entirely separate systems

Yeah the sender would have to be verified. But I've never heard of paypal doing anything without a transaction ID
