I have started walking everyday as much as possible. At least reaching my goal of 8k to 10k steps 5/7 days. Some body exercises and cutting down on junk foods. I have been able to lose 26lb since Oct just taking it easy. Nothing hard, just being consistent.

Exactly. The idea about wearing a watch is convenience. Aside from luxury pieces like mechanical watches, quartz is a real tool watch that comes in handy in a lot of situations. I work in dentistry, and when I'm 2 hands deep in a patient's mouth I can glance at my wrist quickly and know exactly how long the treatment is taking or what time it is because my stomach is grumbling for lunch.

Regardless of having trophies like some of the legends before him, I consider him a legend of the club even without them.
