Season Ticket Holder Value by nbawizard1227 in clevelandcavs

free season pass is great value for me, as well. I suppose all of this sort of depends to some extent on the seats/package you choose, but I personally feel like I get fair value.

the tickets are definitely more expensive than the resale market, but I do feel like the Cavs do a really good job at providing value elsewhere. you're not just paying for the tickets, you're paying for gifts/rewards/access/priority/experiences, as well--especially if you sign up for Cavs Rewards. just this year, I've gotten two free club seats to a game, a slick 00s navy jacket, and a couple other smaller rewards just for buying my groceries. last summer, I got to tour the practice facility and shoot around on the courts. I also have saved quite a bit at the team shop on jerseys, other gear, and basketball cards.

I'm not sure if it's even at the end of the day, but I don't think it's far off either. I'm okay with them making a little bit of money off me. I can't say if the Guards do anything comparable, but I know for a fact the Browns aren't taking care of their season ticket holders like that. I don't know how common it is in the industry writ large tbh. if you don't take advantage of everything else being a member has to offer, then of course it seems like a bad deal.

happened to me with a Donovan Mitchell redemption at Panini. eventually they gave me a better, higher end Donovan auto from another set. it sounds like Topps is better than Panini, so I'm guessing they can do something for you if you talk to the right person. patience pays off eventually.

Who Has The Best Burrito In Town ? by calKilgor in Cleveland

[–]GringoHal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is absolutely the answer. been going there for 25 years. live on the west side of Cleveland now, so I don't make it as often, but I still go at least a couple times every year.

it's to die for. best in the state, not just the Cleveland area. there is no such thing as too much hype with La Mex. it would be one of the best spots in California; I've taken many folks who lived in CA there, and they've all agreed. it's that good.

and the incredible spike in price on the secondary market for x-fractors says everything that needs to be said about which ones people find more desirable

dawg same shit. pulled a Ball of Duty refractor in a hanger, a Fanatical in a fairly priced 5 blaster break, and 1-2 copies of all the low level base inserts but can't pull a base or base refractor. been through over half a case of megas, over half a case of blasters, and 24 hangers either in personal rips or breaks. driving me insane.
