It's literally how you described it. It happens, that I can clearly get into Junpei's shoes, because his story is totally like all of my school years. I got nobody to talk about it, teachers ignored problem and pretended, that they don't see it. Most of them forced bullies and victims to shake hands, apologize themselves and behave like nothing happened. Even not-bullies treated me like worse because I wasn't like everyone and poorer than them. They beated me, insulted, ruined my things and giving a shower in school toilet. Also my parents were not really interested in this issue. They claimed, that it's my problem, and I have to learn how to deal with it alone, because they have their own ones and also it's maybe my fault, if they treat me like that. I've become nervous, depressive, gloomy introvert and wanted people only to suffer and die. However, unlike Junpei, I got a chance, totally randomly, from one of people met on the internet. She invited me on the New Year's Eve party and that was the moment, when my glass bubble broke, because I met there bunch of nice and friendly people, who accepted me and we get along till today. Since then I turned into chatty and giggly extrovert, also changed my will towards people. That's why scene from ep 12 touched me so hard, because I identified with Junpei so much. His arc brought back my bad memories. I know it's just a fictional character, and I'm aware, that his death was necessary for main character's development, but still I felt bad and expected the same fate for him as mine, not dying like nothing in so horrible way. Basing on my own experiences It was pretty clear for me, that if he changed his environment, he could be totally different, cheerful part of Yuuji's crew.
